Larry has been a top-ranked real estate agent in the Seattle area for many years. He was presented with the prestigious Top Producer Award for being in the top 1% of Realtors in the Pacific Northwest Region for John L. Scott (all of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska). In his first year of real estate he earned the award of Rookie of the Year for exceeding the company record by 34%. Realtor of the Year (community determination), and Best in Client Satisfaction-Seattle, 6 years straight (2006-2011).

In 2005 Larry joined the Windermere family where he continued to maintain his status as a Top-Producer. In 2007, Larry left Windermere to start his own Agency. In spite of the tough times in the real estate market, his agency has done quite well and continues to grow every day.

The majority of his business is by referral and repeat clients. He’s been very involved in the relocation branch of real estate, and working with builders as a listing agent for new neighborhoods.  He’s even trained and earned accreditation in staging so he could expand his services to his clients.  Where some agents are primarily a listing agent, he’s established a reputation that results in about 50% sellers and 50% buyers.
